To mimic the broad compatibility of alkaline batteries, proprietary COAST ZX Optimized Voltage™ allows ZITHION-X® batteries to modulate their power supply up or down based on the need and prevent flickering, overheating, and damage to products. The leak-resistant battery casing prevents corrosion during use—matching performance with protection.
Conveniently via USB-C to recharge quickly—in 2.5 hours or less for AA and 1.3 hours or less for the AAA and forget about special charging cables and cradles. Every ZITHION-X® can be recharged at least 1000 times (AA) and 500 times (AAA), resulting in significant cost-savings compared with single-use disposable batteries while keeping hundreds of batteries out of the landfill.

Check the status of your batteries charge level with our built-in charge level indicator. (Solid red) when charging, (solid green) when fully charged.
Over charging and improperly discharging lithium batteries can cause a safety concern and hazerdous risk to the user and it's surroundings. COAST batteries are built with overcharge/discharge protection, ensuring you and your battery are protected.
With a built-in USB-C port, your battery can be charged using a USB-C cord. Some COAST models can be charged both inside or outside the light.
